Wood Infusion gets the balance exactly right.
The opening is bright and inviting. Fresh orange gives it lift whilst lavender keeps everything clean and composed. Then the woods arrive. Not the dark, challenging oud that clears a room. This is polished, smooth and beautifully controlled. Think luxury yacht rather than pirate ship.
What I love most is the restraint.
The sandalwood is creamy, the oud is elegant and the patchouli adds just enough earthiness to remind you this fragrance was inspired by Australia’s wild landscapes rather than a boardroom in London.
This is the fragrance equivalent of a well-cut navy blazer. It works almost anywhere, never looks out of place and quietly makes everything around it look better.
